So, I finally got around to uploading all my Korea pictures. Come check them out! I’ll include a few here, too.

I’m amazed that something that looks so idyllic can actually be one of the most dangerous minefields in the world.

Here I am, posing with one of the guards. These are the extra-tall guards specially picked for the border.

At this outlook, we were only allowed to take pictures behind the yellow line, which had rather boring results. However, taking pictures of people jostling to get a border picture amused me greatly!

A “peace bell” settled next to the border outlook station.
And remember that I mentioned my hair had ended up a rather violent shade of red? Well, here you can see it in its full glory, against a green background! (It’s faded down to normal by now, thank goodness.)

And here I am at the border itself, backed by all the guards on both sides. What a place to visit!
